Welcome back! We start the next 10 years in charge right here.

August

6 points from a possible 9 and through in the EFL Cup is a good start to the season.

September

8 points from a possible 12 continues our good start to the season. Liverpool knock us out of the cup on penalties.

October

3 wins from 3 and a late show vs Stoke with 2 goals in injury time.

November

Another month another 3 wins from 3, we’re on fire.

December

11 points from 21 another good month for us.

January

Two cup wins, we have Man City in the next round. only 1 point from a possible 12. A poor month for us.

Table

We’re flying in the league, 14 games left Europe is a potential but we’re only a few points clear of some bigger clubs like United Arsenal and Everton. But relegation is not happening and that was our sole goal this season.

Transfers Out

Axel was not happy being being a backup, even though he signed a backup contract. With the signing of another Center Back i moved him on within 6 months and got my money back. Youngster James Walker moves on with a sell on fee.

Transfers In

In my last post I talked about moving forward we’re going to focus on improving the squad to make the next step, this window is the start these two  massive signings!

Pancadas

God i love a wingback, for any of you that listen to my podcast GrassNGear
You would of heard my Co-Hosts frustrations with my history of spending heavy on wing backs but look at this guy! As long as we can keep him thats Right back sorted for the next 5 years.

Raimbault

I felt like we needed another center back as a priority to improve our side and Raimbault was an upgrade, he wasn’t my first target but the DOF got the deal done here.

Balance

£106m spent and we have still got £40m in the bank.

We’re having a great season. I don’t think we will finish in the european spots come the end of the season but top half would be brilliant. I wanted to try and get further in the cup but I think City will knock us out.
Come back next friday for another update.
